In 2003 Phil (a fraud investigator!) encountered a young lady by the name of Emma Bailey, who ran a hypnotherapy practice in West Perth. After teasing her mercilessly about pseudo-science, Emma challenged Phil with a hypnosis session to show him the reality of the subconscious.

Forty minutes later, Phil had been released from a 25 year fear of heights and aeroplane flight (following a close-call plane crash in NZ) and actually flew to Sydney the following weekend and completed the Harbour Bridge climb, something he could never have dreamed to do.

Now having to consider the reality of what had occurred, Phil began research into hypnotherapy and since that time has gained knowledge and accreditation from some of the most respected societies in the world.

Phil is board-qualified with both the American and Professional Boards of Hypnotherapy, is a member of the Association of Ethical and Professional Hypnotherapists, and he is listed on the Medical Register of Australia.  Phil is a qualified Neuro-Linguistic Psychology Master Practitioner, and holds degrees in Forensic Psychology (Stanford University), and Professional Writing (Auckland University).

Cannot thank Phil enough for his help with my nail biting habit.

I'd been biting my nails for close to 16 years and they constantly looked inflamed and damaged

I was a bit hesitant to try hypnosis but it's made a remarkable difference. From the minute I left the appointment 17 days ago I haven't bit my nails once.

After trying everything I could think of over the years, to have it stop after one session is mindboggling.

Thank you :)

Phil, I had one session with you months ago. How can I begin to thank you for the gift of sleep.

I suffered chronic insomnia for 12 years. I had given up and resigned myself to the fact that this was "just how it is for me". Finally I feel more settled, rested and I don't feel like I'm trying to think through a head of cotton wool. It's been an empowering experience. Thank you so much Phil.

Dear Phil

A note I just had to send to thank you for setting me free. I have not had a cigarette since I saw you and am still incredulous at the change, at the success, at the ease and how good I feel since your fabulous treatment session. I will be recommending your services to anyone I know who wants help.

I saw Phil 11 years ago to stop smoking.

I have not touched a cigarette since. After the hypnosis I thought, I can't wait to get home and have a smoke, but as I said 11 years later it just hasn't happened. It worked for me and Phil was brilliant. You really have to want it for it to work, if you have any hesitations in making the change then don't bother.

Phil; a note from Byron bay after I came to see you about my aeroplane fears.

I can fly! I can fly! I can fly! With love and thanks.
