WHAT IS EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)?

Our Body’s Energy System

 

Our ancestors discovered and mapped our body energy over 5,000 years ago, and this subtle energy, which flows through our bodies, is the centrepiece to Emotional Freedom Technique.  The same energy system is now routinely utilised by Neuro Surgeons, Medical Practitioners and Acupuncturists world-wide.

 

EFT is based on the discovery that imbalances in the energy of the body can cause profound effects on a person’s personal psychology. The discovery behind EFT is that all negative emotions are caused by a disruption in our energy system. By correcting these imbalances using EFT, independence can be found from negative emotions and reactions, which cause can phobias or trauma in our lives.

HOW IS EFT DONE?

 

Using the body’s energy system, these energy imbalances are corrected, by tapping certain points on the body, whilst saying phrases to clear the emotional imbalances.

 

There are no long drawn out processes with EFT, no pills, and it doesn’t take months or years! Once you learn the process, each sequence can be done in minutes, and you will be given some information after your session so you can use EFT at home.

 

People can simply release some of that emotional baggage and get on with their lives more effectively.

 

 

WILL EFT WORK FOR ME?

 

You don’t have to believe in EFT for it to work, we are not working with your mind, we are working with your body’s energy systems. I haven’t met anyone yet for whom it hasn’t worked!

HOW WILL I KNOW IF IT HAS WORKED?

 

You’ll know that EFT has worked because the negative emotions that were previously there are now disassociated from the phobia or trauma and you’ll feel different.  It is instantly testable!

IS EFT SAFE?

 

EFT is completely safe. You are aware and in control at every moment and can terminate the session at any time. You are conscious throughout the session – you just need to keep an open mind!

A typical session takes around 90 minutes and costs $395, with all materials supplied to take with you for future applications.
