"Dear Phil, I came to see you last Friday regarding anxiety and panic attacks at work and in social instances. I can’t find them! Where have they gone? Thank you so much... you're an absolute legend!"

-SH

"I thought I should give you a progress report of how my smoke free lifestyle is going.

FANBLOODYTASTIC is how. I can’t thank you enough..."

- Anon, 2016

"I had my doubts... but I can't stress enough how easy it was, and this from a girl who thought (along with her friends) that I would be on my death bed with a smoke in my mouth."

- DB, Bicton

QUITTING SMOKING:
HOW MUCH CAN YOU SAVE?

Many people have promised themselves that they will stop smoking when the price of a packet reaches $40, then $50, then $55; and yet, they still keep handing over their hard earned money at the counter, grumbling at little and then just as quickly forgetting about the cost. Sometimes our ability to see the consequences of our actions can dim a little and it's a good idea to have the figures confront you. Somehow, no matter how tight the budget, we will still have enough money for cigarettes. Put these savings toward your mortgage or first home deposit, or pay off your credit cards and the maths is easy. Make the decision now.
